Delivery time
 
The orders arrive within 7 – 15 business days of order being confirmed. An order confirmation will be sent to you by email, so keep a watch out for a email notification that you will receive from us, once your order is shipped.
 
However, factors unrelated to our control, such as a postal strike or the impossibility of delivery due to climatic factors can cause delays. In these cases, we will add to our term the days needed to solve the problems mentioned. If you’re already getting worried, do not stay! Based on our experience, 95% of our products are delivered within 10 business days after shipping.

Processing time
 
After confirmation of payment, your product will go through the process of separation, packaging and dispatch. This process takes up to 4 days maximum. Once your product is shipped you will be informed by email and will receive your tracking code.
 
 
 
Shipping Methods
 
The delivery is always done by the Post Office, however, in some cases, as a missing recipient, regions with restricted delivery, among other reasons, the Post may leave a notice to remove the products at the agency nearest the address provided. We ask you to fill in the delivery address to ensure that it is done within the established deadline. The delivery address can not be changed after 24 hours of ordering on the website. Please review the address before confirming, because if the product is returned, the address is incorrect or the data is insufficient, it is the customer’s responsibility.
 
 
In case of an attempt to deliver by the Post Office without success, the product will be sent to the nearest agency and will be waiting for the withdrawal for 7 days and after that will return to the overseas supplier.
 
 
 
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking Code
 
All orders have a tracking code, which will be e-mailed to the customer within an average of 7 business days after confirmation of payment, and can be accompanied from departure from the country of origin to the arrival at your residence.
 
 
Products damaged during transport are the responsibility of the postal services. Because it is an import service, any merchandise is subject to customs bureaucracies or taxes. Our company is responsible for the possible costs (charges and taxes) added by the government. If your product has been taxed, send an e-mail, within 48 hours after delivery, to contact@kahmans.com, sending a copy of the tax document. After receiving your e-mail our company will contact you to reimburse the costs incurred.
